Today I am going to tell you about Motivation. Motivation is a must for
everything you do and so for health and fitness. Without motivation, nobody can do excel in his field. Same
with health and fitness, you have to keep yourself motivated. So, you can
achieve your goal.
In this blog, I am going to provide you amazing hacks. How can you keep
yourself motivated? As I promised earlier.
So, here are my few tips for you guys that are self-tested and keeps you
motivated.
Everybody wants to be fit.
Portray an image of yourself in your mind as a fit and beautiful
person. How would you look after reducing weight or after becoming a healthy
person?
Seriously, it helps. It keeps you motivated and let you work more efficiently
and inspires you to work hard. It works at every place. Education, Business,
sports. If you feel you are not able to concentrate or feels like you are
lagging interest.
Let's take an example:
You want to be a doctor in 5 years. Think you are a doctor in a few years.
So, this would motivate you whenever you feel low. Same with fitness, always
think you are fit, this will keeps you motivated.
Watching movies:
Watch web series or movies that are related to fitness and motivation that
can motivate you to stay healthy and fit. Watch actors and actresses, how
much fit they look. This will inspire you a lot.
Train your mind:
Train your mind, yes, of course, you can train your mind. How?
You can train your mind by telling yourself about getting fit again and
again. This will automatically activate your brain and this helps in
motivating you.

Pasting motivational posters on the wall and notebook covers will remind you
of your goal whenever you see it.
Reading books :
Read motivational books that will motivate you as well as provide you ideas
about, how you can stay healthy and fit. Time to time Motivational doses are
significant for staying fit and healthy in this busy life schedule.
Compare yourself with your friends:
This will always motivate you to do your best.
Like, your friend is good at studies if you compare yourself with your
friend, then you will be motivated to do better than him. This will improve
your score if you work hard and all this would happen because of motivation.
Similarly, this is with your health and fitness.
Apply motivational wallpapers on your gadgets :
As we all are so much addict to devices like desktops, mobile phones,
tablets, all our works are done on them, always engage with them, so we can
put motivational stuff on them as wallpapers so, they can remind us of all
our goals either fitness, health or anything else.
Last but not least and my favorite one excited to know about it.
Edit your image as a fit and healthy person:
Everybody wants to look beautiful and fit and for this many of us, do
editing our pictures accordingly. So what if we merge these thoughts and
utilize it in motivation.
Wonder how?
Yes, edit your image at the best how you want to look like if you are fat by
using editing make yourself slim, or if your face looks so dull like a sick
person, so make it glowing by applying filters. Exactly how you want to look
in the future. What you have to do is just apply it to your phone
wallpaper.
Motivation not only leads you to your goals but also provides you the right
path and sense of peace in your mind.
